| We are the second owner of this RV. It has 190,000 miles - has been across the United States several times and has been very reliable. It has always been stored indoors. We have not allowed indoor pets or smoking.
It has these upgrades: a 4,000 Onan generator with top air, forced air furnace, three way refrigerator, microwave, wall heater, cb radio, and am /fm radio.
I faithfully changed the oil ever 3000 miles and greased it appropriately. The transmission got serviced every 20,000 miles. The engine was rebuilt after 16,000 miles.

Location: Cottage Grove, OR | I believe the engine was overhauled at 116,000 miles rather than at 16,000 miles based on my conversations with George. I can verify that it is a very nice, clean, well maintained unit. | |

| uPDATE MADE BY OWNER: Several new and rebuilt components have been installed!
- An overhauled engine with only 10,000 miles on it
- A rebuilt transmission
- New torque converter
- Rebuilt water pump
- New spark plugs and wires, vacuum hoses
- 10-quart oil pan
- Radiator has been fixed and cleaned
It is ready to roll!
