(173.187.93.120) | Has anyone replaced the front fresh water tank? Where did you get the new tank? Is there a part number? Mine leaks and it is not the overfill. #324.

Location: Victoria, BC. Canada (108.180.28.87) | I bought a plastic welding kit then learned about the different types of plastics and fixed it... Boom! Done... next!
Granted, some tanks are too far gone to fix.
Alternatively, find a parts coach.
Good luck.

Location: Cottage Grove, OR (68.186.124.23) | Joe, you did not include your location in your profile so I need to ask: what area are you located? Given the size of tanks, shipping can become an issue. I would do as Terry suggests first by removing the tank and having a look at it. If you are not comfortable with doing repair work, most cities of any size have shops that can do repairs to tanks. It is not an uncommon event for many different applications including new motor homes!

Location: Victoria, BC. Canada (108.180.28.87) | One more thing to consider besides your budget for the plastic welding kit: IIRC there are two types, one is essentially a very small iron (shoe) that you use to melt the plastic welding rod. This is the type I used and
although I thought it was rather expensive for what it was, it seemed to do an okay job after I got the hang of it.
The other type - which I believe is a better method - uses hot air from a special little torch jobby. These are what the commercial guys use and it might be worth looking into if you could find one that's affordable.
Remember to get the correct type of rod (plastic) for your application. You have to know for certain what your tank is made from. I pressure tested the one tank I repaired on #509 to be certain it was good to go (about 5-psi IIRC). The other tank was not repairable so I bought a good used (25 gal) jobby that fit nicely into the pass-side forward storage compartment.
Please let us know how you made out, or, if once you get the tank out if was even deemed repairable.
Good luck.
