Has anyone ever removed the input yoke (or have one removed) and can tell me the shaft spline count and diameter? Seal surface diameter would be helpful as well. I'll be removing mine but have a list of stuff in front of that task. I want to change the drive shaft to use 1480 series ujoints (matches the output of my Allison trans) and need to know if there is an applicable Rockwell 140 yoke for 1480 series ujoints.

A little searching around seems to indicate it is 1.50" 10 spline with a 1.81" hub diameter.

Some additional reference data is that the driveshaft slip yoke is 1.375" 10 spline.

I removed my differential input yoke yesterday...definitely a workout, they weren't kidding about the 500ftlbs torque spec. The yoke is actually 1.5" 10spline with a 2.25" hub(seal) diameter.
