I'm still trying to round up supplies.

I've the floor..
I'm running adds for old leather couches etc to try to fix the back cuchions..
There's a saddle shop where I live so I could do that easy..
Its old blinds washed really good all in excellent condition except the small one over the door.
Little easy stuff.
I'm looking for a butcher board table to renew the table.
Its really a easy restore.

I'd take 5000$ now ..
This is an original coach that runs and drives with easy issues
I have the full engine gasket kit new and all Bering's
The interior is in excellent condition just needs the cusiins in back.

Price subject to change as she is restored.

Doug,
You seem to be in a hurry to sell so I'm going to give you some tips, this is from someone who purchased a project FMC last year and spent some considerable time/effort researching the market. I have no interest in your coach for myself so this is about as an objective input as you'll get..
1. You've only posted a few exterior pic's in the photo album, there's not enough there to even begin to understand the true condition of your coach.
2. Other than "Really straight clean good condition inside and outengine purrs like a kitten shifts easy all clean all straight." you don't mention the condition of any of the systems on the coach.
3. When you post on this forum you're primarily talking to guys who already own an FMC, so, every time you say something like "Little easy stuff" or "Its really a easy restore" I can promise you the exact opposite message is being received.

Talk specifics, take/post a lot of pictures, list each system(air conditioning and heating, house batteries, water supply/storage, grey and black tanks, tank level monitoring, generator/electrical distribution, brakes, etc...) and it's operational/material condition.
The more effort you put into a detailed description the more likely you are to get an interested buyer.
Now, I can tell you from the few pic's you've posted, you have an early coach in heavily weathered exterior condition and on the less desirable 17" steel wheels. Unless you have a well executed completely restored interior, or well documented engine/transmission rebuild you are well overpriced at $4000.

Doug, as president of the FMC owners club I would like to step in and say that Len was being very polite while he explained some of the FMC "what's it worth" reality. Yes we would all like to think we have a pot of gold, and to the owner they are just that, but from a buyers aspect it is another story.

The points Len was making did not change the value of your coach. Neither does your life story. Nobody on this website is out to get you, although a lot of the folks here are here to help you and other owners work through issues encountered along the way. We are happy to offer experience and advice.

The brake lines where hooked up wrong so fronts work but the hoses need switched to go to the back break booster.
Engine runs great
But

Plus 2 new tires mounted
And six older tires that need replaced.
The complete gaskets and timing belt plus a full set of wheel bearings..
And the full set of tire chains.
One of you should want her for 3500$

Did you get it for sale on Craigslist? You need to reach out to the Portland crowd. That will be your best option. Good luck to you and Merry x-mas

Thank you for cleaning up the gallery. To my knowledge there is little I can do to free you from your slavery. I could always offer the brief comfort of a seat by the fire pit, a beer, silence and some northern lights, but I guess I'm too far away. Stay cool Kjetil #477
