You have to remove the fan and pulley to get the power steering belt off/on.

Well . . . it has been a week since Dan Karnath and I gave you the "help !!" you asked for.
Which pulley did you remove and reinstall, water pump or crankshaft, to install a new power steering belt ?

Thanks much for the help guys, sooo after taking your guys advice I was able to get the belt on by removing the fan and pulley. I did this four times four different belts to no avail none fit right. It's been a pain and I can't quite figure out what the right size is. Eghhhh...
