Fit up of the bed platform to get the gas strut geometry correct, at just shy of 57" wide and 82" long this had to be installed through the rear window opening (it needed new silicone caulking anyways).

Rear bumper/hitch support structure cleaned and painted, new receiver is now a permanent part of this and much stronger than the add-on that was there. Also removed the swing out spare tire mount as I'll be putting the spare out front.

Got rid of the poorly executed receiver hitch that hung below the bumper. No more dragging the hitch as the center height is now just over 23".

mini-face lift seems to have been worth the effort.

New turn signal lenses as well.

Installed the "deluxe" side marker lights, the little stuff really does make a difference.

Freshened up the grill insert and reinstalled.

Decided it was time to get the engine bay covers reinstalled. Thanks to Stephen and Eric I had kept all the shims in proper order so it wasn't too bad of a job.

upper sub panel installed, the bed frame will cover the open area forward of that and it will all be new storage.

two sub-panels in the center allow access from under the yet to be built bed frame to get to the batteries

view through my new pass-thru stowage area

looks like a simple connection from the plywood to the existing wall skin...I promise you getting the wall skin straight enough to work with was a huge PITA..
