Brake Job and Redesign

standard brake job plus the addition of electric powered hydroboost system for the rear brakes

front shoes on passenger side are basically new, I had an old receipt that said the fronts were replaced within 1000miles of when I bought it, looks to be (at least on the passenger side) that it is true.


just a tiny hint of moisture on the lower cylinder so I'll replace it, not much else to do here


RSS to end of spindle- 5 5/16" Rear seal surface width - 1/2" bearings center to center- 3" spindle outer bearing dia. 1.187" spindle inner bearing dia. 1.875" spindle total to backside of backplate 5 7/8" spindle threaded length- 1 3/8"


front hub height to wms- 6 1/8"


both front and rear hub outer dia. - 10" rear hub height to wms 3 9/16" rear hub total height 9 3/16" rear hub height to spline cap surface 7 1/4"


plenty of room for both the remote hydroboost and electric power steering pump


I'll probably make a mount bracket to raise the PS pump and move it outboard


sets low enough it doesn't impede access to anything


brand new brake drum finally put to service!


Chrysler hubcap needs to be modified but fits pretty well..


looking like new
