Subject: Stove/Oven replacement

Over this past winter, when I couldn't work on my engine change, I spent time working on my stove/oven replacement.  Due to a sensitivity to hydrocarbon fumes, we can't cook with gas.  This is what triggered the sale of the original unit to another coach owner (Greg Miller) and the changeover to all electric cooking.

The replacement units consist of two portable induction cooking units and a combination microwave/convection/roast/bake oven.  It is larger and heavier than a standard microwave unit so installation had to be done considering the size and weight.   It also required a little rewiring.  This does put a heavy load on the electrical system but with balanced use, the system has the capacity.

It also had to be tasteful.  And, yes, a little bling is good!
