I believe you can get them from RVS in Morgan Hill, CA. 408-779-3173. That is where I got some several years ago. If not there, try MCR in IL. 800-786-1536. 

I have a couple that have fallen off and need to reattach them.  The advice for attaching that I have received is to use a thin layer of silicon rather than epoxy.  I know the epoxy gets brittle over time and then the latches fall off!  That is what happened to mine.
