Subject: Fuse panel location

In trying to get 669 road ready I'm learning more than I expected to learn at this point in guardianship.
The location of the dash fuse/breaker panel is unbelievable. Being an electrician, the accessibility I would expect is non existent. How in the world would you work or trouble shoot that panel? After you find it that is. That will have to be one of the major relocations needed on this project for sure. Working on the top of the motor will definitely require better access, I wonder why FMC wouldn't have provided something? A swing out radiator would certainly help with service although that might be a bit over the top for a 'recreational' vehicle.
Looks like this might turn into a bit of a project....
