The Detroit water pump and the Ford radiator had different size ports. Modified a couple of hoses and used a section of metal exhaust tubing. Extra hose clamps help retain shape, it does not collapse. | View from bottom, should keep hot air from returning to engine comp. The lower pully is in the upper right for prospective. "Dynamat" is on the bottom of radiator. | View of bottom from the back, again two layers, sticky to sticky.
View of the top from the back, two layers of Dynamat, sticky to sticky. | (1 Comments) This is great stuff to work with. Just be careful not to accidently get two sticky sides together. | Another view of aluminum strap to help support the Dynamat. | Aluminum strap in place to support Dynamat to keep hot air from recirculating into the engine compartment/radiator.
View from access port.I did raise the overflow tank up from a previous picture. | Dynamat extreme sealing things up. | Another view. | Mounted. The bottom is about 8 inches higher than the old radiator, hopefully will collect less dirt, oil, etc.
