Made new proper repair to old damage over passenger door. | Holes repaired with fiberglass and polyester. | Roof sanded down with 16 grit. All cracks and holes grinded out to make room for proper repair with polyester fiberglass laminate. | Hey! Forgot my favorite coffecup inside. |
Windscreen frame drilled loose and cleaned up before "glued" and rivited back to structure. | Roof stripped. There must have been a hundered or more holes in the laminate from rivets and things attached and moved around. No way this could ever been done leakproof without a total rebuild. | Windows came out very easy. | And then some. |
