I hope I never have to take this off...the plasma torch would be my only option..

I could only do the outside on the rear but it got a full length weld and is going nowhere..

Fuel fill relocated 2" down and 1" back to clear the new storage door, can't tell it was ever moved.

It will be nice when the whole coach has it's finish restored. I forgot to get a picture of the spray foam installation before I put the panel back on, I'll get one of the other side.

interior shot of the storage door, this is where I'll stow my shore power cable.

Chassis batteries mounted inside just forward of the engine bay, they should live a lot longer by not being exposed to the engine bay temps.

it's in what you don't see...which is the huge bow/sag that used to be there..

passengers side opened up and foam insulation removed..this will be a "rinse and repeat" of the drivers side..

2x2 wood mock up of passenger side anti-sag structure

duplicated in steel tube and angle, there is a lot more interference/openings on this side so it's much more work than the drivers side

I installed the structure and loaded it, it immediately sagged so I jacked it back up and installed an additional support tube and the shear plates and gussets...that did the trick..

Taco Metals V12-0303BKA70 after trimming the wings back a little. Looks like a winner..
