New turn signal lenses as well.

mini-face lift seems to have been worth the effort.

Got rid of the poorly executed receiver hitch that hung below the bumper. No more dragging the hitch as the center height is now just over 23".

Rear bumper/hitch support structure cleaned and painted, new receiver is now a permanent part of this and much stronger than the add-on that was there. Also removed the swing out spare tire mount as I'll be putting the spare out front.

Fit up of the bed platform to get the gas strut geometry correct, at just shy of 57" wide and 82" long this had to be installed through the rear window opening (it needed new silicone caulking anyways).

26" long 150psi struts needed to do the job

frame/platform is just narrow enough to fit between the upper cabinets and allow for unobstructed access to the storage below

generator change and relocation has begun

plywood that was in here had obviously suffered from years of air conditioning moisture and was really rotten, structure is crusty but fine otherwise

frame for the new generator partially completed and in for test fit

found this on craigslist, only 20hrs on it (2012 year model), super quiet and smooth..

I can add "carpet installer" to the list of jobs I'd never want to have
