My old hoses were also inverted flare on the wheel cylinder side even though they don't use this feature for sealing, all sealing comes at the crush washer surface.

Air bag mount structure would only allow a 90dg fitting for the wheel cylinder side on the rears.

Passenger side, rear hose upper connection, this was where the only drama of the day came, I had to cut this tube as it was seized to the old hose. New B-Nut and re-double-flared.

Here's a comprehensive, well sorted list of what you need to do this job..

As Lou mentioned in his post, you must use a crush washer with the 7/16-20 inverted flare to -3AN adapters at the wheel cylinder connection just like you do with the original brake hose connection.

Drivers side front, lower hose connection

Drivers side front, upper hose connection, the frame mounted fitting is 7/16-24 inverted flare(female) to -3AN male, the 90dg hose fitting helped me clear my relocated shock.

I went ahead and bought a spare for both the front and rear, rear hoses are 26", front hoses are 17". With all the differences in coaches it would be foolish to not measure your own rig before ordering.

Not a show stopper but it's nice that Crown hoses are DOT certified. What's really nice is that they are all U.S made materials and less than 10miles from my house.

I needed to use 90dg fittings on the rear hoses to clear my air bag structure. After looking at the front hose routing it appeared they'd be helpful there as well. I went ahead and got the 7/16-24 female and 7/16-20 male inverted flare to -3AN adapters at the same time.

After seeing Stephen's rear hose reroute and hearing Terry's brake hose casualty I moved this job up on the priority list.

H1 lower ball joint installed and assembled.
