This is a chassis battery/house battery switch on the back side, maybe wiped off by a passing mailbox. | (1 Comments) A side view of the oblique fastener method. I question the need for any of this, it's all coming out. Too much risk if it goes live when I'm busy elsewhere. | This bus connection appears to have supported the rear aux air conditioner, but not sure how. I've never seen a fuse downstream of a ground bus, so maybe the purpose was 12v distribution? Surely not 115v... :( | The original PCV hose lies open and unused beside the breather cap where it was once connected. The throttle linkage to the edelbrock performer is a study.
(1 Comments) The homebrew PVC PCV valve, and form-a-gasket seal removed. Revealed some sheet metal screws, which were not oil-tight. Likely a constant flow of oil-slurry down the outside of the motor. | Here are pictures of the degreased Coach #970 engine bay. It's a wonder I got it home at all, degreasing was very revealing! I'll edit captions individually to highlight "features" as my time permits.
