This isn't the hood that came with this Jeep. I've been storing this hood for 20? years or so. It was on another jeep I had. I sold the jeep but kept the hood. The new owner of that jeep new nothing about this hood, I couldn't let it go. I used it as shop art for some years, then it went into storage, the funny thing is, my new jeep is almost the same color blue, both had chevy 327's

A couple of FMC vet's came to my rescue and delivered this beautiful axle!! Thank you

This is how the splines are supposed to look

Here is my drive flange, matches my old axle...

I have a drive flange on the way in the mail..

Here is my "new" drive flange. The splines are perfect, the grease on the splines show funny on the pic, but it's really in perfect shape.

I really like this paint, it doesn't cover until the 4th or 5th coat, it sprays real dry, in between coats, after 15 minutes of dry time, I take a dry cloth and wipe down whatever it is I'm painting to get rid of the heavy dry flake the paint leaves behind. Then spray another coat. After your done, you have a real warm stainless steal look.

I like how the stainless steal color ties the wheels and mirrors together....It brightens the whole package

I found one of my water line drains plugged. I tried a piece of wire, but I couldn't get it clear until I closed all the faucets, made sure the small drain petcocks were in the open position, and turned the water pump on, the pressure helped blow out the line a long with the jamming wire. You could also do this procedure to check and see if your water drains are clear. This will be my second winter with 324, I guess I was lucky last year with some water still in the system, the line was plugged with mud daubers, I don't have those at my place.
