#324 showed up to my house the other day, it was on it's way to the Bay Area CA from Coos Bay OR with the new owner. The rear brakes were getting smoking hot making travel impossible. I happen to have an open spot in my driveway. I will take pictures as to what I find as I work on it. As of right now, their is no definite time the coach has to be in CA, so I'm going to tinker some on it.

I backed it in the driveway and up on some blocks. As you can see the ladder needs a half day worth of straightening and re-mounting due to a couple bends and broken screws, and the lower brackets are reversed. The aluminum looks to be really straight on the back, could use some silver/gun metal paint on the bumpers.

On my preliminary visual inspection of the exterior side of the brake system, I seen this MC. I then looked at the hydrovacs, and they are the small ones, so this MC is incorrect. I ordered the correct "small" MC. I also noticed the MC pushrod under the dash was appearing to be possibly keeping pressure on the MC resulting in pressure build up and not allowing the brake fluid to return to the MC in a speedy fashion.

Some pretty sweet Country Coach powered mirrors

Here it is!

(sideways photo) I had to cut a 1/4" off the MC push rod

(sideways photo) The return spring is weak, so I added a second spring here, I just drilled a small hole on the lower end. I'm not sure if the weak spring is the original, it looks to be a smaller spring with not a lot of tension.

The ladder was installed backwards upside down and bowed out, not really, but you can see what it looked like on the second pic in the album, and you wouldn't of wanted to climb on it due to missing hardware. So I swapped the lower hardware around and drilled and tapped some new holes.

Not going to SEMA, but she's straight

You can see the indent on the lower radiator hose where it was rubbing on the lower air damn causing a small leak. I found this new hose at the neighborhood parts house. A little trimming on each end made for a perfect fit.

This isn't the first time I've seen this....I wondered where that belt went 14 years ago? lol. See the greasy radiator too?

Greasy FMC water pump removal arm....The bearings were toast.
