The coach was modified by RVS years ago to offer a side mounded awning including lowering the door height. Totally awful execution!!! | Cracks on both sides were ground down for fiberglass repair. | An aluminum plate laid up with wet fiberglass on both side was slipped in behind the cracks. | Awning attachment repairs ground out and completed properly. |
All stripes were carefully sanded through just to the gel coat and skin repaired where needed. | Jim repaired the front spoiler which had lots of small cracks and imperfections. | Sanding, Sanding and more Sanding! | Catalyzed non-sand sealer/prime applied. |
