Continuing Renovations to #1027

Countersunk holes, filled with fiberglass and finishing bondo over holes.


Drip Checked all the fixtures on roof.


Jim redesigning the hood vent to actually only draft from the hood below the microwave.


False wall not completed yet to the ceiling.


The coach was modified by RVS years ago to offer a side mounded awning including lowering the door height. Totally awful execution!!!


Cracks on both sides were ground down for fiberglass repair.


An aluminum plate laid up with wet fiberglass on both side was slipped in behind the cracks.


Awning attachment repairs ground out and completed properly.


All stripes were carefully sanded through just to the gel coat and skin repaired where needed.


Jim repaired the front spoiler which had lots of small cracks and imperfections.


Sanding, Sanding and more Sanding!


Catalyzed non-sand sealer/prime applied.
