Thought I would save space around the bed area... not really.

Required cutting a larger hole in the firewall.

Thought I'd be smart and relocate an original air box in the engine compartment.

Relocated the shore power and transfer box to engine compartment.

Insulated with sound deadening and offers lots of room for air flow over top of transmission.

Completely over-engineer by metalsmith friend.

Oversized template made for transmission cover.

All worth it in the end...!!! Pionite #HP 360 - Afternoon Showers found at McKillican American 2388 Lincoln Ave., Hayward, CA 94545 Tel: 510-259-1300

No wonder this coach was expensive as it wasn't cheap for the materials and it's a ton of work...

Sand, blow off, glue, roll like mad and don't get too close to the edge before routering a smooth edge as the formica is brittle and snaps off easily. :P

A couple of ends were nailed when overlapped with welting.

Even trying a bit of contact cement did not hold it in place better than the proper cut hammered in place the first time with a large rubber mallet.
