This is the rear fuse panel that came from the donor truck. Used many, many circuits from it.	I used relays to operate the rear lights The trucks wiring uses seperate brake and turn lamps so it was necessary to go through a trailer light adapter to go back to the FMC type system. The adapter is only rated at 6 amps so hence the relays.	Added a strob flasher to the new third brake light. It flashes a few times before going solid during braking.	Have had quite a time searching for just the 'right' third brake light to use. This is a tail light from a 1949-50 Ford. It has a slight concave shape so with a little massaging it fits pretty well. It's a re-pop chrome frame and the light is also an (LED of course).
Here it is all bolted in place.	I'm trying to enable the exhaust brake function the later Duramax used but in order to do so the wheel speed sensors must be active with no error codes. The rear is handled by the trans VSS but the front needs a signal from an 80 tooth gear. I've modified the existing Ford rotor and installed a pair of sensors to mimic the OEMs. Had to install the ABS controller as well. Hope it works....	Nice to get to the final re-assemby. A bit of custom shimming was needed with all the new rear structure.	Everything lined up pretty well. The new swinging right door is pretty much undetectable.
Should have plenty of area for the hot air to escape with the additional louvers.	Here's the old rear bumper support, a real man killer. Lift that a bit and it will make all your babies be born naked. I digress, it weighed in at 110lbs. Not good-especially at the far most rear of the coach.	Here is what I came up with for the rear bumper support and trailer hitch. It came in at 56 lbs, a 54 lb savings and a much improved hitch.	Used some of a discarded lower rear vent and added to the side to give the CAC radiator a bit more air.
