Added a strob flasher to the new third brake light. It flashes a few times before going solid during braking.

I used relays to operate the rear lights The trucks wiring uses seperate brake and turn lamps so it was necessary to go through a trailer light adapter to go back to the FMC type system. The adapter is only rated at 6 amps so hence the relays.

This is the rear fuse panel that came from the donor truck. Used many, many circuits from it.

Rear junction box really filled up. Tough to make it look real tidy I'm afraid.

Here's the drivers side arm. It was a bit of a challange to get the geometry correct to get a full sweep of the windshield. There are the two extra holes in the arm extension I drilled and tapped trying to get the sweep just right. Very happy with the results.

This is looking at the passenger side wiper arm extension.

Started working on the dash. Making it fit and look decent will be a challange.

I removed the dual wiper motors and have installed a single motor used on the Silverado donor truck. This allows the stalk mounted switch to operate the wipers along with the adjustable speeds. There really is very limited space which makes it critical getting the needed clearances.

Close enough.

After trying to de-rust the heater control valves only to have them return to their previous difficult ways I decided to try and find a replacement. These are close enough for the rear heater and should work for the front also. It may require a longer cable but it looks ok now (with the dash still out).

Here is a shot of the relays for the levelers. I haven't been able to find any information on the levelers themselves and Lippert won't respond to my requests. Wish me luck figuring out the 5 wire system.

Bit the bullet and had the rear grills powder coated. They really look 100% better and should last a lot longer than the rattle can method.
