While in there I decided to beef up the lover shock mount. These are notorious for bending so this 'should' help eliminate that problem.

OEM? shock mount. Must have been a bad day for the 'mechanic' to do it this way.

Here's a before and after of the half shafts. What a mess, half a day to clean them up. Not my favorite job for sure.

Front bracket welded up and ready to squirt and mount. The round flange is 3/4", the two hole bracket is 1". Plenty stout

The later control arms are relieved for disc brake callipers. Makes things abit easier.

Still need to find some brake hose that will work.

Drivers side rear caliper bracket

This is the right rear again.

Here is the right rear bracket.

You can see the additional threads I cut to be sure the rear inner nut doesn't bottom out.

Here's a comarrison of the studs. The top one is the one that came out of the front. The next one is the new longer stud and the bottom one is modified with more threads cut. The upper is a BWP M187( actually this one is a left hand thread that was removed and appears to have had threads cut in it also), the longer one is M-186. The M-187 fit the front without modification. The M-186 I'm using on the rear.

Drivers side mounted.
