Adding new materials to the section.

Part of window surroundings front passenger side needed some attention.

I belive those are holes from the original FMC2900r emblems. They where poorly repaired with something.. could be seen thru the paint.

Those bars might save me again.

Like Totto said it; adapt, adjust and overcome ;-) If repairing this spot and letting it cure under pressure does not do it we will have to cut out a larger section of the panel and patch in a new section.

Worst damage. Huge bulge from the old sagging chassis. This spot did not straighten out like the rest did when coach was set on jackstands over time. We sanded this down to make it soft. Also found a spot here where laminate was poor from production.

Sanded down to old gelcoat above waistline. Time to start repairing all cracks, holes and damages.

Masking tape used so we do not spill wax down the sides of the coach. Also one of two spots that will be sanded down and resprayed is marked with tape on this picture.

This is what it looks like after the 3 x Autosol buffing. It will be fine after one last buffing and finally a few layers with the Hempel hard wax polish.

Fmc motorcoach roof upgrade ;-)
