440 low exhaust manifolds

These manifolds may stop the death of the valve cover gaskets plus more.

passenger side needs power steering return line changed and will not work with the transit pump. The regular pump needs the resivoir return fitting replaced. This was a mockup resivoir and has been changed. pic to follow.


driver side worked without modification. My transmission dipstick tube has been bent down to clear the turbocharger that was on it when I bought it


pipes exit on driver side to prevent causing roadside fires


Easy system to make. Note the bends are not 90 degree but more like 105 degrees on drivers side and 75 degrees on the passenger side do to the manifold angle.


This is my spare pump from #412. I tapped the can and installed a 3/8 fitting

great heat shields to protect the spark plug boots.


These manifolds do not have a drop from the heavy casting to the exhaust pipe to break off like the original. Also no manifild to pipe gasket to burn out. I mounted these with copper header gaskets
