New Allison transmission cooler and heavy duty F250 two core Aluminum radiator (unmodified at this point).

Size comparison and showing neck, fill and suction location changes to match existing.

With shroud modified and mounted. Will dress up holes with Dynamat when hoses are in place.

Ready to go in when engine compartment ready.

Allison transmission cooler mounted under propane tank with all thread and heavy duty PVC. Not dirty, has 5 o'clock shadow.

Mounted. The bottom is about 8 inches higher than the old radiator, hopefully will collect less dirt, oil, etc.

Another view.

Dynamat extreme sealing things up.

View from access port.I did raise the overflow tank up from a previous picture.

Aluminum strap in place to support Dynamat to keep hot air from recirculating into the engine compartment/radiator.

Another view of aluminum strap to help support the Dynamat.

This is great stuff to work with. Just be careful not to accidently get two sticky sides together.
