 Had a little 1/8" mahogany kicking around so I bent, glued & stapled a couple of layers around it. If you do this, be sure to set the vertical studs back 1/4" from the front plywood radius to ensure the two layers of 1/8" ply end up flush with the upper and lower plywood radius when you're done. Faster setting white wood glue helps. More later... | ||
