This album details the process of adding a couple of more convenient water pump switches and a 12 Volt outlet.

Secondly, that single line was then used to pull double lines from the fuse block (my source of power) back to the new switch location in the bathroom. You can see the blue line attached to the fuse block that curves and heads rearward and then, behind and under the other lines, the blue line coming back forward and to the water pump.

Here is the newly added water pump switch below the existing light switch (that did not work as it was disconnected). I also removed the exhaust fan shrouding for access to the wires and dropped a new wire down to the wall switch and back up to the light. Now the light can be turned on when entering without reaching up over the sink. The light can also now be turned on by children without adult assistance!

And here is the view of the newly installed water pump switch below the light switch when looking from a seated position. Very convenient in the middle of the night and you have just used the facilities and everyone else is asleep! Note: should you want to add this switch as well, another source of power would be overhead where the power comes in for the lights and vent. A line could then be dropped down to the switch location and then on down and forward to the pump.
